Domestic & International Shipping
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1 PM PST will be processed the same day. All orders placed after 1 PM PST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM PST will begin processing the following Monday, excluding holidays, and will ship within 5-10 business days pending availability.

International orders: Standard shipping and duty rates will apply. Shipping cost calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes upon receipt.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will be contacted via email with your order confirmation and tracking number once your order is shipped. You can track your package at www.ups.com using the assigned tracking number.
OUR RETURN POLICY: 14 DAYS FROM CUSTOMER RECEIPT OF ITEM, FREE RETURNS. RETURN YOUR JEANS WITH EASE; WE COVER ALL THE SHIPPING FEES FOR ALL DOMESTIC ORDERS. PLEASE EMAIL US AT SERVICE@JEANSHOP.CO TO REQUEST A PREPAID RETURN LABEL. THE ITEM MUST BE UNDAMAGED AND SHOW NO SIGNS OF BEING WORN, WASHED, OR ALTERED, AND THE PACKAGING MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION.
All sale items marked "Final Sale" and any product discounted for 40% or more may only be returned for store credit within 14 days from customer receipt of item.
International Return Packages
Please mark the package as "Returned Goods" and Origin is Made in the USA in the customs declaration. If your customs declaration is incorrect, you will be responsible for any customs duties we incur.
Due to our products' limited production and availability, we do not process exchanges, only returns. We suggest returning your item and repurchasing the correct size or item.
